Why is my certificate locked?

Certificates of completion are issued to whom ever paid for the class. So, if you agency enrolled you, then we will issue the certificate directly to them. If you wish to get a copy, you will need to contact them directly. 

If you paid for the class, then your certificate will be emailed to you upon course completion and it will also be available in the certificates tab in your dashboard.
