You must cancel your class at least the day before the training. You can do that by contacting your agency if they paid or call the office. If you paid for the training then you can either call the office or login to the website and click cancel enrollment. It will ask if you would like a credit or a refund. If you choose a credit you will be able to use the credit for another training. It will take the credit when you click purchase course. If you ask for a refund, it will take approximately 5 business days to see back in your bank account.
