I need help with my Article 9 test!

Article 9 is a DDD mandated course for all Direct Support Professionals. Our online course is over 3 hours long and is jam packed with important information. At the end of the course is a 20 question exam that you must pass at 80%.  You are given 30 minutes to complete the test. Given the volume of information you will absorb and the pressure of a timed test paired with the skill of test taking we are aware that some learners may require extra assistance. If you feel this applies to you then follow these steps:

1. Logout of your course following the last video, "Review" - DO NOT start your test.

2. Call us at 602-680-7950 and inform the support person that you will need assistance with your Article 9 exam.
