I can't add a learner to my agency dashboard. It says "the email has already been taken".

When hiring a new employee adding them to your agency dashboard is typically one of the first things you will do. When a new employee has previously worked for another agency who uses our training, they will have been entered into our system as a learner already. This is why when the new hiring agency attempts to enter them into their dashboard they will receive this message "the email has already been taken". In these cases contact support .  Click here to submit a support ticket. All we will need is the person's name and date of hire to add them to your dashboard.
